TopInsuranceMatch is a website and service operated by Media Stock LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). TopInsuranceMatch is a licensed insurance agency that connects consumers with licensed insurance carriers and agents. We are not an insurance company.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: first name, last name, email address, phone number, IP address
  • Demographic information: age range, state of residence, tobacco use, health-related answers provided during our quiz
  • Internet activity: browser type, user agent, device type, pages visited, referring URL, UTM campaign parameters
  • Consent records: timestamps of consent, consent text shown, IP address at time of consent, verification codes
  • Call recordings: if you call us, the call may be recorded for quality and compliance purposes as disclosed at the start of the call

  • Forms and quizzes: when you complete our Approval Speed Check quiz or any form on the website
  • Phone calls: when you call the phone number listed on our site, the call is handled through our call routing system (Ringba) and may be recorded
  • SMS verification: when you verify your phone number via Twilio Verify during the quiz process
  • Cookies and tracking: we use cookies, pixels (including Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to understand site usage and improve our services
  • Third-party certification: we may use TrustedForm or Jornaya to create a consent certificate documenting your interaction with our forms

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To match you with licensed insurance carriers and agents based on your profile
  • To provide you with insurance quotes, rate estimates, and coverage information
  • To follow up on your inquiry via phone, email, or SMS (with your consent)
  • To verify your phone number and prevent fraud
  • To improve our website, services, and user experience
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service

5. Who We Share Information With

We may share your personal information with the following categories of third parties:

  • Licensed insurance partners: carriers and agents who may provide you with quotes and coverage
  • Service providers: Twilio (phone verification and SMS), Ringba (call routing and recording), GoHighLevel (CRM and communications), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (website hosting)
  • Consent verification: TrustedForm and/or Jornaya (lead certification)
  • Advertising platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising optimization — we share conversion events, not your personal data directly
  • Legal compliance: law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. When we share information with insurance partners, it is for the purpose of fulfilling your request for insurance quotes and coverage.

Your SMS consent and phone number are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data (including your phone number and consent status) is used exclusively by Media Stock LLC to communicate with you about your insurance inquiry and is not sold, rented, or distributed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Opt-In: We send SMS messages only to users who have provided prior express written consent. Consent is obtained through one of the following methods:

  • Checking a clearly labeled TCPA consent checkbox on our quiz or web form, which states that you agree to receive text messages from Media Stock LLC (TopInsuranceMatch) and our licensed insurance partners
  • Pressing 1 during a recorded IVR call to verbally consent to receive text messages, as disclosed in the IVR prompt

Message Types: You may receive the following types of text messages:

  • Quote follow-ups and insurance rate information related to your inquiry
  • Appointment reminders and callback scheduling
  • Agent license verification links and contact information
  • Coverage updates and promotional offers for insurance products

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Typically 1-5 messages per inquiry over a 72-hour period, unless you respond to continue the conversation.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to consent to receive text messages in order to obtain insurance quotes or purchase any product or service.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze website traffic, and serve relevant advertisements. Third-party services (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) may also place cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Typically, lead data is retained for up to 36 months. Call recordings are retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

If you are a California resident or reside in a state with applicable consumer privacy laws, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: request what personal information we have collected about you
  • Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
